I decided on the Prestige 1000 built-in braai on Friday and phoned the Sandton office which is closest to Durban. Spoke to Bonnie who promised me a quote and it duly arrived that afternoon from Tazryn in CT, who reserved a unit for me. I paid for the product, sent my POP and it was acknowledged by Bonnie on Saturday. The braai was picked up on Monday by the couriers in Sandton and Vikki sent the waybill for tracking purposes. It duly arrived in Durban on Tuesday morning. Exceptional service and teamwork! Well done Lava Fires!
