Defective Lava Braai

Terrible service and a terrible experience ! After purchasing a custom stainless steel build in braai costing us around R50 000, it arrived for installation defective with the underside of the braai being bend and this in turn scratched the braai door ! After communicating this to the company as well as the owner, they promised high and low that the issue will be handled and fixed. After not hearing anything again we proceeded with further enquiry and NO RESPONSE ! They flat out ignore us now. It's been many weeks now and we are yet to use a very expensive braai that is unused at the moment. Forcing us to proceed with legal action this coming week. Absolutely don't waste your money and time with this company please !! I bet the positive reviews are **** reviews also.
