Lave Fires will not refund the mistakes they make!

This Company can't be trusted, They mistakenly debited my card twice for the same transaction on 6 May 2021, immediately after I realized the transaction was duplicated I went back and requested them to reverse the transaction. After numerous mails, phone calls and physical visits to the Johannesburg premises they still have not refunded the outstanding amount, siting "it is with the accountant" They are unwilling to provide details of a manager or owner of the business to escalate the issue. I will never support this franchise again.
