I will never use this agency again and do not recommend it all. They ensure to take care of you when you use them as an agency/service but she is like a sheep in wolves clothing. When it comes to you leaving the apartment and ending your lease you can say goodbye to your deposit, they will find every little possible excuse or every little problem in your rented apartment and charge you for it even though you took care of the apartment ensured that you left it in good standing condition. Not happy with their services at all, they won’t take care of you as a client in the end.

12 Oct 2021, 11:56Christine in response to your derogatory comments towards LTP, we have an obligation to Lessee and Lessor to ensure that when a property is handed back to the Lessor it is in the same condition, less normal wear and tear. A schedule with supporting photos is sent to Lessee and Lessor on hand over of the property as well as hand back. In this case LTP did not manage the said property, therefore maintenance deductions are at the discretion of the Lessor. Photos are always an essential part of the process as they do not lie.
