Horrible service

Had Laundry Rescue came out to fix my washing machine on the 3rd of February for it was getting stuck on cycles. After a back and forth for over 2 weeks and replacing 2 parts on my machine, its even worst off where now it runs for 2 minutes then goes straight to end. After requesting for my money back to get another supplier and for them to bring my old parts back they just refuse. I understand things aren't always easy to resolve but with a back and forth like this and getting your machine back even worse off is unacceptable!!!!! Don't use their services!!!
