Burnt my new trouser with an estimated market price of R3000.

I have brought my fairly new trouser for dry cleaning for the first time since I bought my pants and went to the dry cleaning ( Laundry Dynamics @ Boskruin at *** went more than 5 times trying to resolve the matter amicably but always been told that owner will give me a call but to date no call received at all so it’s almost 4 months without getting the proper response and my trouser has been burnt by this dry cleaning. I won’t be able to wear my trouser anymore so I really need the Hello Peter intervention coz I can’t loose my trouser without any accountability & wouldn’t mind to go store to proof the purchase of my trouser.
