Totally inadequate service - do not use

I would give a minus rating if I could. Service from Laundro is shocking and they totally fall short of customer expectations. Whilst in theory the idea is good, two critical components of timely delivery and receiving all items back are entirely missing. Every delivery has been delayed / cancelled without notice, many items were mislaid (returned eventually only when we noticed missing items), and staff have been on strike so we have not received the delivery service we should have. The delays in delivery mean we spent more time without rather than with our clothes - which we own for a reason... to wear. DO NOT USE! I wish I had followed the advice of other 1 star reviews
