Terrible customer service from Laundro

This was my first time using this service and it was the most disappointing, I have never had such a bad service. I asked to change a collection date and I guess that was the beginning of it all, things went from sour quiet quick, they double booked me and told me last minute and getting another available collection date was a mission and it never got done for days so I decided to cancel their services, this was on the 15th of August. I was advised that processing a refund would take 7 days. They didn't get back tome after the 7 days and I still haven't received my refund then HR sent me an email on the 31st of August, telling me that they have a back log and that they will process my refund within 3-7 business days. I'm still waiting... terrible customer service from this company
