Inordinately poor service
I kindly request all of you to think twice before you trust these guys with your laundry.
1. The last load I received my clothes in a very bad condition. It was creased and wrinkled.
2. They never delivered on time. At times I had to stay back late at work to get my load. They are clearly short-staffed.
3. Their communication via whatsapp is not effective and any tough questions is cleverly ignored and responded with silly smiley emoticons.
By the way, please don't fall for their user-friendly website - the service is not as friendly as their website.

24 Aug 2019, 09:35In saying that, we’ve had late deliveries/pickups We’ve had to sometimes cancel or reschedule! you’ve had clothing possibly come back damp or maybe even some creased items For this. We apologise.

Anyway, I am glad I am not the only person that had to go through an unpleasant experience, others have been on the unfortunate journey.
Hopefully, people will learn about your *********** service, unapologetic attitude from this site, and choose a more able and professional service provider to do laundry.
By the way, talk is cheap. You guys clearly cannot walk the talk. So please don't waste time responding to this message and rather spend that time to actually do your job and provide the service you guys promised or should I say fabricated. Or do us all a favor by finding something else to do other than laundry.
