DO NOT USE, SHAMBOLIC!

If there was a -5 rating, it would still be too kind for this business. These guys have absolutely no idea what customer service is. Shambolic is not enough to describe them. DO NOT use this service. DO NOT USE. Delays upon delays in getting your clothes back, excuse after excuse, apology after apology, all at the last minute. Laundro does not understand the concept of respecting their customers' time, if you're a busy executive such as myself and HAVE to plan your days ahead, you will be extremely frustrated with this business as they will chop and change at the eleventh hour, leaving you stranded. They're all too happy to justify this by telling you they have problems with employee strikes etc. but If you look at most of the negative reviews, it's an old excuse. Today I even offered to fetch the laundry myself as I've become desperate, only to be told the driver has already left with my laundry for the day, yet as I am sitting, taking time to write this review, the laundry has yet to arrive, exactly 19h25 on Wednesday, 10 June, for a delivery that was meant to happen on Monday, 08 June. If you want piece of mind, this is not the company that will give it to you.
