Bad service

Horrible service. Deliveries were never made on time, I would end up receiving it after 9pm, lost a couple of items and up to this day no one is giving me feedback as to what's happening with my missing laundry, no compensation whatsoever. Instead of them rendering a service that makes your life easier, they make you chase after them and give you headaches
