Lies and Procastination

I have been sold a Diagun X431 III for the sum of R10 000 cash paid to Mr Darren Clinton, from whom I have not received an invoice, although promised on many occasions.
The unit does not work on all the cars that were promised to do so. He had this unit left with him on 3 occasions and continued to lie about pamphlets and a serial card that was not included in the set. After months I was forced to contact an agent, a Mr Shaun Dodd, from Mr Diagnostics, who I paid R350 to check the unit, which is a 'gray' or copy of the original, as well as been outdated. Mr Dodd returned the unit to me having replaced some elements that were missing from the kit. There is also a TF reader in Mr Clinton's possession which was not returned, which he removed from the kit and never returned the same. I also contacted a Mr Jerry Lee in Johannesburg who supp**** Launch products. He did not seem to keen to assist and personally knows Mr Shaun Dodd and Mr Clinton. A colleague of Mr Clinton, when asked about the invoice, informed me that this is due to the fact that I was not charged VAT.
I have intentions of having the Consumer Council investigate this matter.
