‼️LAUGHTORISON HOLDINGS-********* ACCOUNTING FIRM– Took My Money, Failed to Ensure Compliance, Led to De-registration

I want to warn others about Laughtorison Holdings a company that handled my business finances in an ********* manner. They informed me that my company needed to be made compliant before submitting returns, so I paid them on the 7th of February 2025, expecting the funds to be used for compliance. However, they took my money and did nothing, leaving my company non-compliant.

I only found out about this when I received a notification of deregistration, and only then did they inform me that the money I paid was not used for compliance. If it was never used for that purpose, why are they still holding onto my money? It has now been 8 weeks, and I have not received my refund despite numerous follow-ups.

Instead of acting in my business’s best interest, they made a shrewd business decision at my company’s expense. This company has built a public image through TV appearances and marketing, but behind the scenes, they are failing their clients!

I have been met with excuse after excuse from the owner, Mr Ndivhuwo and they refuse to refund my money despite their failure to deliver.

If you are considering using Laughtorison Holdings, beware! Their negligence and ********* business practices could put your company at risk. I am exploring ways to recover my money, but I feel it is my duty to warn others before they experience the same loss.
