Poor communication skills

This preschool is just pushing numbers to the point of moving from 1month notice contact to 3months notice if you want to remove your child. They have a timer on they contact so you don't keep a copy, so only Laugh and Learn's word matters. They is very poor communication, you will not be called about your child but you will get a emailed about school fees. The teacher cannot do anything or say anything unless head office has told them. My child had been off school for a week, I had to email head office for the teacher to whatsapp "oh head office called how is your child" in a class of 7kids. My child is shy and tiny, all the teachers know her, protective even so I thought.... I sent email to Laugh and Learn, about the issues....still no call or email back about the problems. But the parent group did receive a email that if school fees is not paid, they'll send parents to credit bureau.

1st my child wasn't potty trained, which they said they provide...got told she has to stay in nappies because they can't clean, then got told she likes nappies even though at home she doesn't. After the scrambling for a new school, the school said don't bring nappies and she hasn't used nappies since. They did assessments, may daughter was already out of the school, we got a report saying she is great at everything. The daily report is not about the child, it's about the class but sent as if it's about the child. My child didn't eat most of the things, the teacher would say she did not eat today but we get a list of she ate everything. She got head injury, they informed us about it with a don't worry she is playing with friends now. She has a scar from that fall. Since leaving Laugh and Learn, accidents have also stopped. The building structure it gets no sun, I did suggest wall heaters, no communication. My child was always sick at that preschool, now we haven't gone to doctor since we removed her. I happened to view they sensory day, they call the child, child puts they hands, a picture is taken, no interaction with the kids about what they feeling. In that viewing, the 0 to 2yr olds were playing outside for 3hrs plus, teachers having their meal with the 2 teachers, the guy who does garden also there sharing stories. The small babies just on the arms the whole time. The older ones no educational stimulation just playing. Please READ THE CONTRACT well, the contract is reflective of the preschool.
