LAUGH AND LEARN FOURWAYS/ LAUGH AND LEARN DAINFERN

This school is based in Norscot Fourways, Johannesburg

My child has been enrolled here to complete Grade R this year. Unfortunately due to Covid my income and business had been adversely affected. I have pleaded with this school to make an arrangement to pay. Instead of agreeing to a payment arrangement they suspended my son from school and advised us they are not able to help us. I paid the entire year so far but was unable to pay his last month school fees. They have ignored every request and plea to them.

I have also noticed they do not follow covid protocols with their kids and have asked the principle Sandra as to why do kids not wear masks and her response was that kids are not allowed to wear a mask. Astonishing!!!

Maybe its a good thing his now out of there and in a better school as he was always getting sick. This is a school that is money driven they don't care about your kids. If you are late with payment they will immediately suspend your child. Educating your child is clearly not the primary focus here

I wanted to take this further with the department of education but getting through to them is virtually impossible.

Please beware. Laugh and Learn Dainfern is from the same group of schools so please beware of this school. Oh yes and there is no owner that you can talk to. All they do is just cut you off when you want to speak to anyone higher than them.

I'm starting to wonder if this school is even registered as the staff turnover with teachers is extremely high. Every week or two you find a different teacher. They introduce a teacher that will be teaching your child and then after a week or 2 that teacher is gone. Most likely the teachers employed by this so called Laugh and Learn group are fed-up with the drama that is unfolding here so they keep on leaving.
