Unclear policies and bad customer service

I dealt with the most horrible customer service from a lady (manager) at a store in Faerie Glen (Latin Electical). She was very rude and didn’t even care to hear what problem I had. Policies are one sided, manager was rude and wasn’t even trying to hear what’s going. I bought something less than 24 hours ago, wasn’t even used and she doesn’t want to take it back but wants to take the other one back. Nowhere on the receipt or in the shop does it say that you can’t return anything but apparently it’s on the policy, which one? One that only she can see?

If I could give no star at all I would.
