Worst customer service of the year,

Zero rating, I bought 6 Univa hobs(stoves) from this store and one was faulty. I retuned it with a week of purchase and they refused to exchange the one item. I was referred to the supplier and to date i am still waiting to hear from the supplier...mean while i did not buy directly form the supplier.

This is the worst customer service i have received in my life. I would never advise even my sworn enemies to buy from this store! You will regret it.
