Unprofessional conduct

In 16 February I purchased various items, one of the items being a Bosch hand vacuum cleaner. I literally used the item once, tried to charge it and it would not charge.

Went back about three weeks later, I did not have my slip but provided them with the transaction in my bank account.?

They literally refused to assist me and then tried to accuse me of lying as they only picked up one sale if the vacuum cleaner and it was not my invoice.

The *********** sales person, who I refused to continue with on the day that I bought the items was not only rude, but the arrogance!!!!!! then the manager , well unprofessional is not the word.

They were not even prepared to make an effort!!! Bosch, I would be very concerned having your brand on their shelves as they certainly are not looking after your interests. And whoever the owners are, you should seriously look at the reviews, your arrogant sales lady and innefficient and unprofessional manager!!!!!!

I was prepared to spend R80 k there that day to replace existing items, well I ended up with Hirches who are far more professional and efficient. So Lategan management how many more deals are you prepared to loose!!!!
