Tertius - 5 Star Service

After dealing with Michael and not getting prompt response and sometimes no reply to emails I managed to get hold of Tertius. Tertius immediately apologised on behalf of Michael and proceeded to send me a quote within 30 minutes and kept me in the loop at all times. Tertius is a great asset to LATEGAN & VAN BILJOENS and I hope they take good care of him. Keep up the great work Tertius, the service industry needs more people like you.
