No customer service

I phoned Lategan And Van Biljoens Appliance Spares in January 2015 for a price on part for my Samsung refrigerator and they told me to bring the whole unit in to there shop before they supply an quotation for anything. I went all the way to the shop with the broken part and they promised me that they will phone me before the end of the week. After a month I enquired about the quotation and they told me that they were very busy but promised again that they will phone me the following week. It is now almost 2 months and nobody called me with a price on the part. I've asked the person to order the part but he said they must get a price first. <br> How long must I wait just to get a price or must I try another company who will be willing to help me!!<br> The part was for Samsung Side by side refrigerator ice maker - RS22DCMS<br>
