Most unorganised company with the worst service

Worst service I have ever received. Called them on Friday and asked if they could have a freezer seal done for me by Saturday and they said "no problem". Drove there all the way from the East of Pretoria to give them the sample and order it. They told me it will be done before 15:00 on Saturday. Halfway there from Pretoria East on Saturday, I decided to call to make sure it's done. They then told me it hasn't been made and they don't know why and I must come on Monday around the same time. It's now Monday, I came back and it still hasn't been made. I now have to replace this seal for free because my client lost food that we put in a coolerbox with dry ice yet I still have to pay for the seal and my petrol here 2 and a half times. I'm standing at the counter now waiting for them to make the seal that was promised to me on Saturday. Honestly the most unorganised company with the worst service. I will rather drive further to find a place in the future and will definitely not refer anyone to this company.
