Lies about the avalability of appliance spares.

I have ordered some appliance spares online from this company. The specific spares were abundantly available, and widely used in the industry, also from their competitors. I was shocked to receive an email, stating that these spares were discontinued, and that no replacements are to be provided in future.

The only conclusion that I have reached, was that the specific person taking the order was too lazy to make up a package, containing the spares, and preferred to lie to me instead.
