Great service - Highly recommended.

A few years ago the boot on my Defy Auto**** door disintegrated and I went to the local repair shop only to be told that they will not replace the boot in situ, but would take it in to their shop with pick up and delivery etc costing a total of R1000. So I left it standing in my kitchen. Last week I decided to find out how difficult would it be to put the boot in myself and googled the part required. In Johannesburg there were two suppliers - one in Orange Grove and one in Harrison Street. I phoned Orange Grove and they said they had one, so I schlepped off there only to be told to go to supplier in Denver!!!!! The other company just did not return my call. I went home again and again googled the part and found LVB Appliance and Spares in Pretoria and emailed them. They returned email with a quote of R280.00 plus courier fees, so I ordered it along with some dust bags for my Aquavac Pro 70 vacuum cleaner (that no one in Joburg could supply me) . Total cost R450. It arrived today and the parts are correct and I have to commend LV B - Lategan & Van Biljoens sterling service.
