Great service

Spoke to Whirlpool South Africa regarding spares for my dishwasher, they gave me the info of Tecsareco and Lategan and van Biljoens, checked both on the internet and decided to phone Tecsareco in Pretoria as they has 3 branches in Pretoria and were closer to were I lived. After numerous calls to two of their branches just looking for a price without I decided to phone Lategan and Van Biljoens. And what an absolute joy, spoke to a salesman called Eugene Lombard who informed it’s not a stock item but will try and source the part, within a day he got me the price I paid the part and was told the ETA would be 20 working days, the part was delayed from Whirlpool and was informed by Eugene of the delay. We received the part and my Dishwasher is fixed and working. More companies can take a page out of these guys book. Brilliant service!
