Dear Obakeng, I read your unfortunate review on Lategan & van Biljoens Appliance spares and it saddens me that you would rate this company as you did... Let me set the facts straight. You were at Van Biljoens Repairs, which for the record is not an accredited Defy repair centre as you stated in your review, however if you had taken your Defy fridge to Lategan & van Biljoens Defy authorised service centre, you would have experienced great service and would have had your fridge back in your kitchen by November already. You are not the first consumer to mistake the two companies or assume that they are the same company, you will not be the last either... These two companies are NOT affiliated with one another, not the same owner, not the same company registration and not the same service... Merely neighbours in Frederika street.
