CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST

On Wednesday the 2nd March 2016, after I had searched for door hinges for a telefunken fridge around Pretoria's appliances spares shops, I ended up at Lategan And Van Biljoens Appliance Spares. and boy was I going to have a great day or what?. you guessed it. Tertius is the hero here. 1st, Telefunken fridges of the make I own have been discontinued apparently(according to the info from the shops ive been to before the Lategans). Now, Tertius was the salesman seated next to the salesman assisting me. after he(Tersius) overheard that there was no stock of what I was looking for, and seeing my concern&disappointment, he gatecrushed and offered to go look in the back somewhere where stuff that are no longer sold are stashed. and 15minutes later, bam. he brought both of them hinges exactly the same ones as the ones i was looking for. Tertius stepped up and really went an extra mile, whereas he could have just sat there and minded his business & i would stil be having a double doorless fridge or could have spent a couple of Thousand rands and we don't want that. i just want to appreciate the efforts this kind man has taken in to assisting me.might look small but he really was awesome.
