Amazing service, comprehensive offering

When trying to replace the thermostat on our oldish oven, this was the only place I could find which offered exactly the right part; everywhere else closer to home I tried could not trace the part number, and wanted me to "bring a sample". Lategans has the part in stock, so I was preparing to take a ride from Joburg to Pretoria - and then I thought I'd try the online thing. Unbelievable - puts Takealot to shame, let alone most other retail online offerings. I requested a quote, which arrived in 30 seconds, I placed the order, and the unit arrived the next day. I will definitely be back for any spares for appliances in the future - forget the OEM's!
