Latebooker Holidays - Horrible, rude, arrogant and inefficient!!!

Terrible experience with this holiday agent!! Enquired about a unit the night before, was told that he will let me know if it's available, at 10:12 the next morning, he mailed me, said the unit was available and gave me until 12pm to pay. I then sold my unit I had because I preferred the resort he had after he reassured me that the unit was available. At 11:45am I was about to make payment and he informs me that the unit is no longer available with no apologies having the most arrogant attitude ever even calling me an IDIOT and then blocked me off whatsapp! Just a warning to everyone not to book with this agency as they unprofessional, rude and unapologetic!
