Wedding video

I was ****med by this company. The owner rushed me to pay months before the wedding day. I paid in full. I was promised pre-wedding photos, wedding photos and wedding day video. The wedding day was in June 2019, I am yet to receive my wedding video and reception photos. I did a follow up for years but no luck.
