Taking a clients car for a ride!

The owner of LATAC Motor Service Centre in Pretoria West Mr. Andrew Mahlase and his son took a client's car for a ride on Saturday 21 May 2022. At 14:10 the brand new Mercedes-Benz CLC350 that the business owner's son was driving lost a front left wheel traveling on Brits road in Ninapark. The wheel struck my car on the side. After admitting that one of his staff did not fasten the wheel correctly after changing a flat tire he offered to pay for the damages as it was his responsibility. After numerous calls and WhatsApp messages I have only received promises and for the last 9 days no reply. He is not even reading my or my husband's WhatsApp messages. My concern is if he handles my complaint like this, did he tell the owner of that new car that it was involved in an accident. The wheel hub of the new Mercedes-Benz CLC350 dragged on the tar road and rocky embankment for +- 200m don't tell me there were no damages. Scary how business owners think.
