Avoid LaStay for your Booking / AirBNB rentals

Booked a rental accommodation with this company (lastay.co.za) through one of the rental platforms. They were not great communicators. I had to keep following up to get feedback on directions, access to the apartment, and other information they should just supply routinely. The rental apartment itself was fine, but they provided no cleaning materials at all, and it was a longish stay and wasn't at all cheap. They didn't provide the rules for the building in which the apartment was located. They were non-responsive with questions during the stay. I would advise avoiding renting with this company.
