This is a misleading adverti*****t. Your company is not delivering what your adverti*****t promises. I paid a fee for a printable program, but I never received it.

I would like a full refund of the amount I paid, which was $9.49, as I have received nothing in return for my payment.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. If this matter is not resolved and my refund is not processed, I intend to share my experience on every available platform to warn others that your company is misrepresenting what it offers.

I expect a prompt response and confirmation of my refund.
