Laska Furniture worst service

I used Laska and the work was shocking. I’ve been asking Tapiwa to fix my couch since I received my couch back. To no avail. My couch has already started splitting and he refuses to fix it. He makes empty promises about coming to fetch my couch and then never arrives. I sit around waiting and then he does not answer his phone.
