Poor 3D premade lash extension product quality

I have been ordering 3D Premade fans for years with lash pro, up until December 2023 the quality just detoriated, fans falling apart no matter how gently you pick them up.

lashpro actually advised me not to purchase them but they keep it online and available to order.

They have the poorest attitude leaving a bitter taste, since lash artist do not have time to waste on stock that falls apart, but we can also not do anything with stock that fell apart?

They also pointed me out as a singular arrist who experience this and they think lash artist do not talk amongst each other, while mere lash artist actually stand by each other.

A week ago they actually posted that not all business is good business, leaving an ideal that they are ******** towards their poor quality products, and no, that post was not towards me, my complaint was mentioned again today and they disregarded it and advised me to take my business elsewhere.

I just wonder, why any individual running a business will deliberately waste hours on trying to make stock work and have a client infornt of them's time wasted as well?

Lashpro is very arrogant in their approach, ********* in their product quality and conduct.

I know I am not the only artist experiencing this issue and I disagree with them keeping this product in their catalogue if they know its problematic and poor quality.
