Wasted my money on lashes done by them !

Had an appointment on the 20th of August at 3pm. I arrived on time and they started with my lashes. While the lash tech was busy, the other employees were complaining about how it was late and they were gonna leave her behind. She ended up rushing to finish the lashes. Then I did eyebrows and was asked to pay before they were even done.

The same day the lashes were coming out of my left eye which she rushed to complete. I dismissed it but over the days, more than half the lashes came out.

I sent them a text to explain the situation on the 26th of August at 7am and they did not bother to respond. I tried calling them and it just rang then voicemail, never bothered to return any of my calls or respond to my text.

Truly disappointed in how this situation is being handled, I paid R500 for lashes that did not even last a week. Now I’m stuck with one eye with full lashes and the other without, I look like I’m insane. The least they could’ve done is to respond and apologise. Even in my text I was still trying to be respectful and kind because I understand that mistakes can happen. But they decided that I don’t deserve a response back!
