Bad job of lash extensions and pathetic attitude

Heard from many people that the owner was fantastic. She came highly recommended. Was instead booked with the assistant. A very untidy job was done of my lashes. Some are already coming out despite being done 3 days ago ! Due to work constraints finding a time to go back was difficult. I also wanted the owner to see me instead however she was fully booked. I was told I can have a refund but to never book with them in the future if I get the money back. Also was blocked from contacting them. Extremely rude Owner. Shocked !!!!
