Thanks for the help Dion!

I purchased CO2 metal cutting laser Cutter from a supplier in Johannesburg in June 2015. I have had numerous problems with the supplier of this machine ranging from being **** to, the machine being late as well as the machine not performing as expected [not even close]!<br> <br> This message is to let other laser owners know that Dion Black of LaserTek here in cape town, has given me outstanding service on my machine and I am very grateful to Dion for this!<br> <br> My latest situation was that I discovered I had a crack in the lens which prohibited accurate and reliable cutting. I then realized that my original supplier who had promised me \we keep stock of all critical spares\", did NOT have a spare lens in the country!!! ***!<br> <br> I had tons of work and could not afford to be without my machine as I depend on it for my income so contacted Dion who went out of his way to find a lens for me and came to deliver it late on Friday. This is not the first time Dion has helped me out and I am very grateful to know somebody who goes the extra mile for customers.
