poor communication and ***** stars

Good morning, im here regarding laser logistics on November their truck bumped into my car in Sandton city Johannesburg and i was referred to the Manager he asked for pictures of the car and said they will put a claim from their company insurance its been 3 months already no call from insurance no communication , when i do a follow up no one responding, I want my car fixxed!!!!
