Laser Logistics lost my order from Makro

My order was mis-routed to Cape Town. I live in Hotazel, Northern Cape. Nobody seems to know where my package is but the tracking shoes it was sent back to Bloemfontein. Makro blames Laser Logistics and Laser Logistics have no idea and cannot find my package. People it is a 35kg portable aircon!!!!!! How do you manage to misroute and misplace it???????? Makro and Laser Logistics blame each other and neither give customer support or feedback. Just a lot of empty promises of “we will get back to you”.
