Laser Logistics damaged my premises and hiding for 3 months to date

Laser logistics came to my place to fetch a Smeg fridge without proper equipment or removal tools and they caused damages to my premises. They promised to come back again with correct equipment and again nothing but more damages. On the two occasions my wife took half day leave to be home but they arrived after 5 pm both days. She lost a full day’s pay at R2500. On third attempt I took a day leave to be home to make sure they can remove fridge and again Laser Logistics came with nothing.I called the manager in charge and the lady could not be bothered. The driver and his team wanted to leave again but I arranged a handyman to remove fridge doors, supply underfelt and carpets all at my cost of R1200 to get the fridge removed. Laser Logistics team told me it was impossible to move but I did it and they removed the fridge. The damages was caused to the walls and tiles and the front wooden door and frame asked for a refund for damages to tiles but since October 2018 the Laser Logistics manager is ignoring my emails.I have dealt with such *********** managers sitting in fat positions and do nothing. Maybe pretty faces got them into the job but we as customers are suffering and paying the price of their uselessness. I am hoping the CEO or Shareholders of Laser Logistics read this message and come to assist and take action to get rid of *********** management.I am very tempted to even say the lady manager is happy to ignore me because I am a person of colour. Very unhappy customer who wants restitution immediately and no more games of their uselessness.
