DONT USE LASER LOGISTICS

So so bad. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 7th Nov. On the 8th at 16h00 it was still not delivered. Tried phoning both branches for over an hour (67 calls) then they tell me the driver couldnt make it on the 7th and took the parcel back to the depot now it is 16h30 and we are closing at 17h00 and nobody is able to tell me where is the parcel.....

So happy that our company does not deal with LASER. By far the worst Logistics company I have ever dealt with
