Laser Lipo (PMB) ****mers

I am a client at the Pietermaritzburg Branch and when I arrived for my treatment on the 24th June 2024 I was told by the Security that the ladies were not in. There was no communication to say what the issue was. When I phoned Umhlanga Branch on the 25th June I was told that the ladies were off sick and would be back the next day, I kept calling as I booked treatments and wanted to understand what was going on. On Wednesday the 26 June I called the Hillcrest Branch who directed me to the Umhlanga Branch and was promised that someone would call me back. I was asked to pay up front for my treatments which were not an issue and now this seems like a ****. Very disappointed to read that many other clients are experiencing the same problem. I want a refund for the treatments as this is pathetic and very ********* behaviour.
