Lash technician does pathetic, rushed work

Firstly, terrible customer service. I bought a classic lashes voucher in lockdown. When they reopened I tried making an appointment but got no response. The technician was updating statuses but no response. After a few days, I finally got a booking. Half an hour before the appointment, I got a message asking to reschedule for the next day.

Secondly, poor lash application. Usually classic eyelash sets take about an hour and a half to two hours. My application took 20 minutes. My eyes were paining after I left my appointment. 2 weeks later my eyes started paining terribly & I went to another salon to get my eyelashes removed where they showed me the big clumps of lashes that were just glued pathetically to my lashes.

My eyelashes are damaged & when bringing this pathetic job up with the technician I was ignored once again.
