Inexperienced&random staff ruin laser treatment

Breach of contract-my money for leg hairs to be reduced/removed. I paid for 5 sessions of laser hair removal. I've had 3 sessions so far. After session 3, I noticed all my hair that seemed to have disappeared, has returned. Each treatment I had a different 'the******'. its just always different people with no interest in how your treatments are or if you have results, or any sensations from the laser. 3 different people on 3 visits. Zero questions were ever asked. The treatments have failed. I am a perfect candidate for laser hair removal, very white skin with dark hair. <br> The 3 sessions were 100% pain free, and no results. <br> All I've asked is for a refund for my remaining 2 sessions which I paid in cash-they asked me to pay them rather than groupon-sneaky! <br> The owner is refusing a refund. They refuse to admit that they failed and are trying to force me to continue by them when it's clear they don't have the expertise to do hair removal. When you fail at a job you are paid to do, it's disgusting to deny a refund. All the owner ever said to all this is \it's against refund policy".
