I want my money back ???

Kindly assist... I consulted with LaserLipo Amanzimtoti a few months back. I had receiving a few sessions. I paid deposit of R1000 for another treatment in October... Towards the end of the month October, the lady called me to ask me for the rest of the balance. During that call I asked to book for my next appointment for the follong week of the 29th of October. I was told the fat freeze machine was not available, but it would be available the next week. She called me nonstop to demand the balance. Note that I didn't owe them anything, instead they already had my R1000. I transfered another R1000, under the impression that I will be getting an appointment in 2 weeks. The price for the treatment is R4000. When calling the Friday of the 2nd I was told someone will call back to confirm an appointment. Well the week that I was told they would have the appointment, they couldn't give me treatment... Now I want my money back and they are refusing. They are not responding to my email or calling back as they had promised to communicate regarding this matter... Please assist and mediate in this matter... Thanks Zama
