Disgusting service from Laser Cut letters/green lime

I have had the worst experience with this company. They trade as laser cut letters or green lime. I ordered a name light about 2 months ago and to date I have not received it.

No one answers their phones and when they do answer they make false promises saying that the item is ready and will be dispatched only for weeks to pass with nothing being done.

Highly untruthful company with false advertising(they say their turn around time is 10days and here I am waiting 2 months and counting)

Would never recommend to anyone
