MENACING AND INSULTING SERVICE BY OWNER

<p>On 19 July 2017 I requested to have custom creations made and to have the items couriered door-to-door to Pretoria, which I clearly stated that I'd be willing to pay for. I was told "We do not deliver you have to collect from our offices."</p> <p>What if someone from Cape Town places an order? I found this utterly ridiculous and took my dissatisfaction to their Facebook Page.</p> <p>Robert Cunningham then emailed me twice. The following excerpt from his email:<br />"Your post on Facebook is incredibly unnecessary and in itself is "utterly ridiculous" - That you would hurt a businesses reputation because we don't offer the service you want.<br />If you have any sense at all, you will remove the post. Then, I would be glad to refer you to a laser cutting company in Pretoria who will be able to fulfil your request and under the terms you require."</p> <p>Not only did he call me ridiculous, but he imp**** that I was nonsensical for being displeased with the original response that I received from Laser Creations. His tone is also rather menacing.</p> <p>I responded to my Facebook review to inform him that I would not be replying to any emails as I have marked the emails as spam, but that I'd be happy to correspond with him on social media or the other sites that handle service complaints if he wished to continue.</p> <p>He then responded with: "I trust that clients reading the review will understand that your nonsensical complaint is not a reflection of our service."</p> <p>After reviewing his replies to other dissatisfied customers, I found that he was condescending, insulting and unhelpful.</p> <p>I'd advise everyone to think twice before retaining Robert Cunningham and Laser Creations. Their level of unprofessionalism is unmatched.</p>
