Service exceeds all expections

On Thursday, an old colleague requested my company to obtain plain test tubes required for an American sponsored training program in Angola, leaving on Sunday morning.

My normal suppliers in Gauteng were not able to supply the size and quantity required.

I then contacted the Midrand office of LASEC. The Midrand office did not stock, however Mr Thabang Chiloane pulled the order, payment, shipping and delivery together monitoring the process from A to Z obtaining the tubes from the Head Office based in Cape Town.

The tubes were delivered to my home on Saturday in time to travel with my colleague to Angola.
