Refund of vibracrete walls-Lasco crete

About 3 weeks ago I had returned vibracrete walls,which they accepted and had advised that they were going to transfer the money in to my account

Last week when I called, I was told that the book keeper will be doing the transfer and that they will contact me when it is done,but they did not.

I called on Monday again and got told the same thing, and that they will get back to me,but again they did not.....

I called this morning and was told that the transfer was done on Tuesday, and they will send me the Proof of payment during the course of the morning,but again did not........

Please make sure that you either buy the correct amount of vibracrete walls or just don't buy from them.
