Disastrous and shocking hunting experience on Lasarus hunting farm.

I took my daughter as a treat for a hunt on this farm. Firstly I was forced by the owner to pay a deposit to shoot a specific type of animal (Gemsbuck). Driving aimlessly for hours no Gemsbuck were to be found! Probably all been shot or culled. The owner then tried to pawn of other difficult hunting game (Kudu) on us. This is obviously unacceptable to make one pay for one item and then expect you to take something totally different. The deposit has not been paid back. My daughter was without meat and bought a Ankole bull to be slaughtered. Coming home we discovered that utterly bad slaughtering practices were app**** and the inside of the carcass was contaminated with stomach contents and stinking! I contacted the owner Mr Lerm and he at first promised to replace the contaminated section. He then phoned my butcher who had removed of the worst contamination because it was permeating into his cold store. This owner then said he will only pay R60 for this small piece removed. I said this is not right as he promised to replace the WHOLE CONTAMINATED SECTION. Mr Lerm then became belligerent, insulting and started posting voice messages saying unacceptable things which I would rather not repeat, he deleted most of the vile messages! Furthermore he claimed I could not shoot and threatened to would report me to the police to have my competency nullified and my membership of Kaapjag delisted. Words can't describe my amazement hearing this drivel. This is an infamous lie by a guilty party not wanting to take full responsibility for his actions and shoddy slaughtering practices, blaming another party. Stay away from this owner and hunting farm with this rude and vindictive attitude, really horrible, disastrous and shocking experience!
